Shipping Information

Currently, we ship within the US, Canada and Jamaica. If you’re located outside these areas, feel free to message us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request!

Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days. Delivery times may vary based on your location but usually take 5-10 business days within Canada and the US. Please review our shipping policy for more information

You have the option to cancel any orders prior to their shipment. If your order has already been paid for and requires modification or cancellation, please reach out to us within 24 hours. Please note that once the shipping process commences, cancellations are no longer possible.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. We offer free shipping on orders over a certain amount (Canada $99, US $75).

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link. You can use this link to track your package online.

If your product arrives damaged, please take a photo and contact us immediately. We’ll send a replacement or provide a refund.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for opened items. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days, and we’ll be happy to assist you with a replacement.
